UBC has enjoyed a wonderful tradition of involvement
with the WMU, and in recent years the group has grown in
numbers of units, numbers of people involved, and in the
number and kinds of projects undertaken. Charged with
the task of helping church members grow in awareness of
both the scope of our world-wide mission program and the
need for prayer and financial support of our
missionaries, the group continues to provide a multi-faceded
approach to equip us.

*The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Global Mission
Offering has also been adopted by the WMU, and has
become a part of the Christmas emphasis.
The church has usually set aside time in morning worship
and on Wednesday evening for each of these programs, and
in cooperation with the staff, the WMU has enlisted
guest speakers to help the church family become more
intimately acquainted with the breadth of the needs
these cooperative ventures meet.
