UBC will host its annual Spring Gathering on Sunday, March 28, 3-4 pm, on our Highland Road front lawn. This year’s event will feature a Photo Booth Area, Meadow Ride, Bunny Hop (Trunk or Treat style egg share), and Easter Games. Participants are encouraged to bring an Easter basket to collect all the goodies.
Participants will follow an organized flow of activities to keep everyone at a safe distance, allowing the participants to repeat the cycle as many times as they’d like. While the event is outdoors, we ask that all participants wear a mask.
This free experience is designed for all ages to enjoy, so please come and invite friends, family, and neighbors.
Parking for the event will be on the Highland side of campus, with overflow available on the ball field parking lot.
Volunteers Wanted for Spring Gathering
To help make the Spring Gathering a reality, we need your help.
We need five drivers with trucks to help conduct the Meadow Ride around the front lawn, eight game managers for the activities, 15 cars for the Bunny Hop (Trunk or Treat style egg share), two greeters, and 5 people to clean up after the event.
