One of the important values of UBC is its intergenerational spirit. The Barnabas Project is a great opportunity to connect the retirees in our church with children and their families. If you fall into one of those categories, we want you to be involved! The first Sunday of each month, we’ll have an organized time for our partners to get to know each other and touch base during the Coffee and Community time. There will be special events throughout the year as well. We hope you will spend time praying for your partner and encouraging them. Some of you have already been a part of this amazing ministry. Everyone should sign up, even if you’ve participated in the past. The month of October will be spent getting our children and retirees signed up and matched, and then we’ll begin our Barnabas Project Sundays in November.
