Family Tree Café is a safe space for children to play and for their parents to relax, enjoy a good cup of coffee, engage in the community, and maybe get a little work done.

We offer a FREE large indoor play space, library, special programs, wifi, and fresh brewed Community Coffee. We also have a short menu of quality specialty coffee for sale.

FTC is open Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Throughout the month, we offer special events in the Café and library. Visit the FTC Facebook page for up-to-date opportunities.

*Family Tree Cafe is CLOSED on all major U.S. holidays.

What to Expect

Turning off of Highland Road onto Leeward Drive, pull into the first section of the University Baptist Church parking lot. Look for the FTC banner between the set of columns of the building facing the parking lot.

Upon arrival, parents will register at the check-in kiosk.

The children's play area is full of age-appropriate toys and activities. The space is gated to prevent little feet from wandering.

The coffee station is located in the parent's lounge.  We serve Community Coffee with all the fixin's.

We do not charge for the Café. However, donations are used to improve the play equipment and provide free coffee.
