The Ecuador Dinner Fundraiser is rescheduled for a luncheon on Sunday, March 1. The Ecuador Team feels as though low-ticket sales is an indication of a poorly selected date.
Wanting to make this event as successful as possible, we feel that worship attendees will be more likely to participate in a luncheon.
Those who have purchased tickets can either receive a full refund or keep their tickets as a receipt of contribution towards the March 1st Luncheon. A representative from the church office will contact you about the refund.
The March 1st Luncheon will take place immediately after worship with a wonderful meal and silent auction.
The lunch will be an open basket donation via cash, check, or credit card with a suggested donation of $10 per person. If you can contribute more, it will go a long way in raising funds for the mission immersion.
