This Sunday, June 25
Jon Parks and Tanya Parks have served UBC as ministers and fellow Christians since Tanya’s hire as Children’s Minister in the spring of 2021. When Andy Hale accepted a CBF position and left UBC in 2022, Jon stepped in to serve as Interim Administrative Pastor to help UBC thrive during this last year. Working closely with Eric and Justin, Jon and Tanya have supported new programs and grown existing ministries as they have built relationships and nurtured the congregation.
Tanya and Jon each have different and unique talents and gifts that have worked well for UBC over the past two years. The Pastor Search Committee believes that with their joint leadership UBC is in a wonderful position to continue to impact the Baton Rouge community through our ministry. We are pleased to offer the recommendation for Jon and Tanya to serve as Co-pastors for UBC.

We'll have games, singing, crafts, a Bible story, and plenty of time for FUN!
Please sign up in advance so we can prepare for you. Each child is $5 per session.
First and third Thursday evenings in June and July from 5-7:30 pm.
